I love being a patent attorney. I am very fortunate to work with great clients and I love getting to see the amazing new technologies they are developing. I enjoy helping them to protect and defend their intellectual property.
My practice is primarily focused on patent litigation, with deep experience in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. I also have experience drafting and prosecuting patents in technologies such as medical devices, display technologies, microfluidic systems, software, e-commerce, optics, process engineering, biofuels, and mechanical systems. I am also active in Knobbe Marten's Inter Partes Review practice. I have led team efforts for Inter Partes Reviews in the life sciences, chemistry, and medical devices industries.
I led application development teams in the implementation of large-scale computer systems, primarily for public sector clients. My projects primarily involved implementation of ERP and procurement systems and required programming in JAVA, Javascript, and SQL.
