As a member of the Rosenthal senior leadership team (c. 800 employees, $100MM sales), I was responsible for Finance & Accounting, Commercial & Supply Chain Controlling, IT, Legal.
As member of the senior leadership team, I was heading the Finance & Administration organisation (including Finance/Accounting, IT, direct & indirect Procurement) for the DACH business unit.
As member of the site leadership team, I was heading the Finance Organisation of the German plants Kronberg & Wallduern within the global BU of BRAUN. Key responsibilities included: - Business: Delivering value creation/OTSR via major Supply Chain transformation project. - Stewardship & Compliance: maintaining high standards across all operations. - Organization: leading, coaching and developing the Finance team and providing direction to all site teams.
As member of the leadership team, I was heading the Supply Cain Finance Organisation at a major integrated hub site that develops, manufactures and distributes fast-moving consumer goods. Key responsibilities included: - Business: Consistently delivering value creation/OTSR, e.g. via innovation and annual cost savings. - Stewardship & Compliance: maintaining high standards across all operations. - Organization: leading, coaching and developing the Finance team and providing direction to all site teams.
I was leading the Commercial Finance team in Wella’s 2nd biggest market globally including financial assessment of new initiatives/promotions and sales force target setting & controls. Collaborated across functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal) to develop & successfully implement holistic new trade terms across all distribution channels in D/A/CH.
