I do all the marketing and networking and billing payroll, and most important I am the carpenter at Stellar property maintenance.
I write work orders for the crews, I attend marketing confrences and networking meetings and when any carpentry work comes in thats me I get to do the carpentry work, and it's not work to me it's a break from doing the hard work. I enjoy doing carpentry thats why I went to school for it.
I would run all of the guys on my crew, give every one a job to do. Make sure my work orders are being completed by the Crew and also making sure every thing is done to code and our expectations.
