Following a successful pilot, I led the rollout of a digital inspection platform to over 150 users, helping modernise and streamline property inspection processes. I work closely with external developers to manage Microsoft Business Central sprint cycles, from capturing and prioritising requirements through to clarifying scope, agreeing costs, and ensuring delivery stays within budget. Alongside this, I act as a PMO administrator, supporting the creation, governance, and closure of IT projects to ensure alignment with internal controls and compliance requirements. My role also involves contributing to the development of a bespoke document management system (DMS), conducting processโmapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to apply new technologies, including Co-pilot, to improve operational efficiency. I regularly create branded, interactive whiteboards to support analysis sessions and lessonsโlearned workshops, develop and maintain standard operating procedures, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of RAID logs, communication plans, and project work packages. Alongside this, I was heavily involved in a large-scale company-wide laptop refresh project, reprovisioning hundreds of devices ranging from Dell machines to PC Specialist desktops. Building and configuring these systems gave me exposure to a wide range of BIOS settings and hardware-level processes.
