Currently I am working closely with Sourcegraph's Account Management team as their Sales Engineer. I help provide the technical know how around the Amp and Code Search products and help customers understand best practices and implement solutions quickly and effectively. I want to learn as much as I can, wearing multiple hats, and meeting as many people as possible to gain new perspectives. During my career I have worked closely with sales, product, and engineering organizations. Because of that, I tend to find myself in cross-functional projects that end up having a pretty big impact. Outside of work I train Muay Thai, go for walks with my wife and our beagle, and try new restaurants with the Denver Passbook.

On the TLS Client Services team I was responsible for working with customers regarding TLS implementation, in a post-sales, technical capacity. This included onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and general support. Outside of the core responsibilities of my job I was also involved in several cross departmental projects. These included a platform wide migration of all customers to a new product, on going product discussions, and weekly engineering calls.
Working on the Client Services team i was primarily responsible for working with customers in a technical, post-sales, capacity. This included onboarding, implementation, and general support. I also ran onboarding sessions for new hire classes, was the on-boarding buddy for new members of our team, and contributed to both internal and external Fastly documentation.

I have helped to provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to clients using our platform. I also assist other project managers in gathering requirements for their new clients. I work alongside our product team to prioritize work and feature requests. Follow up with engineers in both Rally and Jira to get updates on tickets and timing. Work in GitHub to track PRs. I am the point person for escalations and information for my teams.
