More than 10 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a complex operational environment. •Experience in managing teams and implementing lean principals, change and behavioural safety systems and tools. •Excellent understanding and track record in the area of work management, asset management and reliability centred maintenance. •Strong problem solving background with skills in Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC, FMEA, and RCA. •Track record of leading site critical improvement projects on time and budget. •Major project experience including operational readiness and commissioning in a Brown Field environment.
