  • Security Officer at SUPERVALU

Working directly for supervalu as a loss prevention officer. Having now spent over 4 years in supervalu, (previously known as superquinn), the company has allowed my career to flourish and gain invaluable experience. It has proven to be a fast paced environment and very challenging. I have dealt with many internal and external investigations , including theft, fraud, accidents, and various other incidents. I have been very fortunate to work for a company that have invested heavily in its security staff, providing training, and investment in security technologies, including AI , body cams , and security forums where we can be updated on latest threats, and share information to make our jobs more efficient and safer. It also gives us an opportunity to voice concerns and develop our careers. This is a fantastic time for the security industry and I hope it will continue over the next few years.
