• Deliver, merchandise and order stock for the individual stores; • Maintain excellent in-store service and management of stock; • Monitor weekly sales trends and report back to the wider team which will influence the production schedule; • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market; • Work closely with manager to develop and execute strategy for growth; • Dealing directly with customers (retailers and store personnel) maintaining excellent brand relations with key stakeholders; • Responsible for gaining customer market intelligence and feeding back to the wider team; • Responsible for in-store point of sale and various marketing materials; • Rolling out of local marketing campaigns in-store to drive and grow sales;
• Responsible for inputting sales orders through computerised accounts • Using EDI & stock management systems • Liaising with the dispatch team & arranging transport where necessary • Communicating with customers via phone, email & maintaining a relationship • Processing van sales & balancing cash payments • Managing customer accounts, ensuring all accounts were correctly up to date • Processing Invoices & credit notes
