I graduated from Lehigh University in 2024 with a B.S. in Economics with the highest honors. My academic focus reflects a strong belief in the power of quantitative tools, including math, statistics, and technology to generate insights into social dynamics and business problems. At Lehigh, I analyzed and visualized data through coursework in economics, statistics, and computer science. I completed an honors thesis in economics to determine how uncertainty in product labeling schemes affects buyer and seller inference and their socially-responsible decision-making. I additionally authored a journal article on Financial Inclusion in Morocco. Moreover, I worked with Lehigh’s Data for Impact Summer Institute to implement an ANN model predicting cost option prices. Beyond the classroom, I pursued professional experiences that deepened my analytical skills. I worked as a Strategic Advisory Intern for Juno Capital Partners, which increased my experience working with financial data. My interests in inclusive finance led me to intern as a Loan Officer for the Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, where I supported small business owners applying for CDFI microloans. Upon graduating, I started my first full-time position at Moody’s Analytics as a Product Analyst. My work revolved around understanding client use cases and collaborating with engineers to develop risk screening technology in the AML/KYC space, leading me to facilitate features through agile SDLCs. I was on a rotational program, which led me to gain experience in writing product requirements and interacting with stakeholders in the areas of data ingestion, name matching technologies, client configuration tools, screening APIs, and reporting and analytics dashboards.
• Facilitated the maintenance and enhancement of AML/KYC risk screening technology for corporate and government clients • Conducted requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to inform the development of features and enhancements • Wrote product requirements to instruct the development of software features and enhancements in the areas of data ingestion, name matching, client screening configuration tools, API screening services, and reporting and analytics dashboards • Authored documentation covering name matching and search features, including Fuzzy Matching and Spellcheckers • Created an implementation strategy for the use of a RAG LLM model to expedite the answering of technical client questions • Collaborated with engineering to clarify user scenarios and groom and prioritize software development tickets
