Worked on Nottingham University’s campus-wide NGN WiFi infrastructure upgrade project within the estates team, helping recover a delayed programme and supporting delivery on time and within budget. Coordinated works across live university environments, reviewed contractor proposals, conducted site inspections, quality checks, snagging, and ensured compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety standards, and university specifications. Recognised as part of the project team in the University Annual Team Celebration Awards for outstanding collaboration and project delivery.
Produced detailed reports using GoReport while assessing building age, condition, and future maintenance requirements. Coordinated with contractors, M&E teams, and site management to support project delivery and ensure works were completed efficiently and to a high standard.
