And as always, the principles of risk management are at the core of every worthwhile & long-term solution. My years of exposure to the rigorous demands of the Automotive & Defence industries & corresponding training in QS9000 & ISO9000 disciplines have honed my focus on problem solving too. At Leitech, we thrive on the special challenges that lighting in the Food and Beverage industry brings. We're quite familiar with HACCP regulations and even have NSF approved luminaires. Developing solutions to solve problems was (and still is) my main occupation and prime motivation! In a family business, where you learn & grow through experiencing all roles & responsibilities, I went through all areas of Production, then into Operations Management. Finance & Systems Development followed - the object being to 'systematise & standardise everything into best-practice processes'. Sales & Business Development then became the prime focus & as our business was a 'service' one, the whole premise was honed towards developing the most effective Solutions to Solve Client's Problems!
