Provide treatment services to offenders assigned to the Arkansas Division of Community Corrections’ alcohol and drug programs through ongoing assessment, individual counseling, group counseling, psychosocial education, crisis services, consultation and coordination of services.
Responsible for providing supervision and support to Family Services Coordinators through training, debriefing, and routine real-time supervision. Assist Director of Family Services in creating a positive and safe environment for training staff to provide quality care to families and in facilitating thorough donation conversations with the goal to increase the number of lives saved by obtaining authorization for donation. Member of Leadership Team helping to design and implement practices which will continue to promote a culture of innovation and quality with respect to ARORA’s Mission.
Provide support to families in an ICU setting, educate families about the benefits of organ donation, develop relationships and educate key staff at hospitals to better facilitate organ and tissue donation
Responsible for daily operations of community mental health center- manage facility to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operations and services, manage case workers and coordinate mental healthcare treatment with therapists and psychiatrists, oversee clinical operations at 4 supervised residential homes and a behavioral health pharmacy, responsible for staffing, evaluating and disciplining employees, coordinate training, facilitate staff meetings, etc.
