I'm a Research Fellow at the Retail Institute, Leeds Beckett University. I have worked in various research roles relating to business and public policy. My Retail Institute work includes providing knowledge services to industry and research in areas including packaging sustainability and consumer behaviour. My PhD was a realist study of training interventions.
Contributing to improving the research profile of The Retail Institute by delivering and disseminating research on consumer experiences of the future in retailing, food and packaging.
Conducting research on a wide range of topics including employment, skills, poverty, public health and wellbeing, small businesses and communications. Specialising in literature searching and reviews and also systematic reviews.
Providing information services and research support in the Policy Research Institute. This included advanced literature searching, managing a library collection and other research assistance.
