I am a Managing Director and Strategic Operator who focuses on the "operational engine" of a business—specifically how to build the structure needed to scale a business without letting it stumble over its own complexity. My approach is built on replacing reactive, "soft" planning with market-intelligence-led systems that protect the bottom line while improving long-term customer value. I have a reputation for being a direct and supportive manager who addresses the people and cultural issues that others are often hesitant to tackle. By being clear about accountability, I build high-performance teams capable of navigating complex challenges - leading initiatives as diverse as multi-country technical deployments, global supply chain optimisation, and protecting corporate interests & IP within international joint ventures.
High-level strategic advisory and operational turnaround for large-scale industrial and retail entities. Some examples of the work I’ve completed: Strategic Framework Design: Partnered with the Executive Leadership Team of a multi-national industrial group to build enterprise-wide strategy capability and implement their inaugural roadmap. Operational Alignment: Resolved systemic cross-functional friction between national Sales and Supply Chain business units by auditing end-to-end data systems and aligning stakeholder KPIs. Asset Optimisation: Led a global liquidity initiative across four continents, recovering stagnant capital through data-led inventory redistribution.
Acquired and optimised a logistics-based small-cap business with a focus on operational scaling and eventual divestment. Key achievements include: Technology-Led Process Development: Re-engineered the operational workflow by implementing digital systems to automate scheduling, fleet tracking, and customer engagement. Profitable Business Operation: Managed the full day-to-day P&L, focusing on steady cash flow and lean operations to ensure the business remained consistently profitable. Successful Divestment: Delivered a profitable exit in late 2025 after proving the business was a stable, standalone operation.
