Duties: • Electrical Fault Finding and Repair • Scheduled Maintenance and testing • Instrumentation work and calibration • HV switching 11KV and 33KV • Work on conveyors, pumps and screening equipment • Work on level, density and flow control • Management of apprentices when required • Supervise external contractors as required
Duties: • Attend all equipment breakdowns in a timely manner across entire plant - Compost, Spawning, Growrooms, Harvest, Packaging, Cold store, Loadout • Provide preventative maintenance to equipment on schedule • Complete mandatory testing on all electrical equipment on site • Provide supporting documentation for completion of works and testing carried out • Ensure Quality Assurance and Hygiene standards are kept at all times • Prioritise work orders to fall within required time frame for production and QA • Provide after-hours support and weekend coverage to production as required • Supervise Trade Assistant and Apprentice works • Liaise with external contractors when on site • Provide Maintenance Team leadership when Maintenance Manager is off site • Acting Maintenance Supervisor when Maintenance Manager is on leave
Duties: • Provide plant prestart on Band saws, conveyors, Label Printers, overhead chains, sorting equipment • Follow line start up to provide breakdown support • Attend all equipment breakdowns in a timely manner across entire plant - Yards, Slaughter, Chillers, Boning, Freezer, Loadout, Skins, Rendering, Plant waste. • Complete all preventative maintenance tasks • Supervise and train apprentices • Ensure Quality and Hygiene standards are kept at all times
Duties: • Participate in a range of electrical tasks primarily industrial, with commercial and domestic duties • HV switching • Work on, conveyors, milling and floatation equipment • Work on level and flow control instrumentation and equipment • Larox filtration systems • Manage a small group of apprentices when required • Supervise external contractors as required
