Building the brigde between our business and HR.
I started at Renewi in May 2019 as a consultant through ClearXperts, and was later given the opportunity to join the company as a permanent employee. I initially worked as an HR Business Partner for our sites in the Antwerp and Limburg regions. Later, due to the absence of a colleague, I also took on responsibility for Hainaut and Brussels. In my most recent role at Renewi, I served as HR Business Partner for Sales profiles across Belgium, where I was responsible for fostering mutual understanding between Operations and Sales and for contributing to the development of the new bonus plan.
Also mentor for 6 ClearXperts consultants: coaching & follow up their careers. I was HR Consultant for different projects where I used different HR skills and approaches.
During my internship I am responsible for the recruitment process within HQ Zaventem -Conducting interviews and business cases. -Coordination and planning -Employer branding -Ensure a correct administrative follow up of offer proposals and employment contracts -Organizing a big in-house selection day We have a complementary food and beverage portfolio that includes 22 brands such as Pepsi Max, Mountain Dew, Lay's, Tropicana, 7 Up, Doritos, Cheetos, Miranda, Alvalle, Naked, Looza, Duyvis, Quaker.
