- Planning and executing assigned projects per the Project Management Guidelines and Principals - Read and understand contract documents, client specifications,subcontract proposals and procedures and attend pre and post award meetings with client - Develop procedures for offshore installation and execution of contract - Work offshore on installation vessel implementing plan and auditing operations for compliance with contract - Develop lessons learned and distribute to project peers - Assist Proposal Managers with the development of proposals in response to RFQ’s required - Work on and offshore in Domestic and International waters
