Wattle Grove, New South Wales, Australia
I am currently an Implementation Specialist with Square (Block XYZ, 2025–present), where I focus on delivering seamless POS, e-commerce, and digital solutions. My role combines project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that technical implementations align with real business needs and deliver measurable impact for clients. Prior to joining Square, I spent over seven years with Independent Liquor Group (2018–2025), progressing from Retail Services Manager to Digital Implementation Manager. In these roles, I led a wide range of projects, including the launch of ILG’s e-commerce platform, mobile apps, and digital integrations with partners such as UberEats, DoorDash, and Menulog. I also managed initiatives such as electronic shelf labels, marketing portals, and store refurbishments, overseeing everything from planning to execution. These experiences allowed me to develop strong expertise in digital transformation, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. My career began in the liquor industry, where I gained hands-on operational and commercial experience. I managed a retail store with Royal Hotels Group (2012–2014), before moving into sales and event operations with Coopers Brewery (2014–2016), supporting statewide promotions and brand activations. I then transitioned into the technology sector with Soprano Design (2017), where I worked in inside sales and account management, overseeing more than 100 enterprise and government accounts across NSW. This combination of retail, sales, and digital roles gave me a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate and scale. Today, I bring that background to Square, combining industry knowledge with digital project expertise to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions. I approach each project with professionalism, adaptability, and a focus on building strong relationships—helping businesses adopt the tools they need to grow in an increasingly digital marketplace. Core skills: project management, digital transformation, POS systems, e-commerce strategy, SaaS implementation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
