Accountable for: • Leading global supply chain Center of Excellence of about 30 professionals • Providing direction by ensuring strategy alignment between BOSCH, BSH and other Operations areas (e.g. development, purchasing, production, quality management) • Ensuring seamless program & project management to streamline decisions and maintain IT budget control • Pushing digital transformation by introducing new technologies (e.g. AI / ML, causal forecasting) into our daily operations • Driving performance management & steering with impactful KPIs to proactively steer business • Assuming governance for E2E process ‘Plan-to-Fulfill’ and steer the supply chain along strategic dimensions SERVICE, CAPITAL, COST • Integrating sustainability into decision-making to enhance impact on environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals
Accountable for: - Enabling growth ambitions in OEM purchasing area by strategically adapting supply chain and related financial processes (contract, order and invoice flow (SAP)) to align with revised organizational setup, ensuring legal and tax compliance - Leading taskforce to incorporate new product division OEM purchasing into integrated Management System, ensuring successful matrix-certification Main achievement: - Successful transformation of OEM purchasing value chain - including contract, order, and invoice flows - across Greater China, Turkey, Africa, the Middle East, the United States, Mexico, and Europe. This transformation delivered a competitive advantage that supports ambitious turnover targets, particularly in emerging and entry markets
Accountable for: - Leading operational excellence initiative in region Europe (⁓ 25 sales subsidiaries) by redesigning and harmonizing sales support, sales, and accounting processes to foster rapid adaptability and increase automation, serving as a foundation for FTE and cost reduction
Accountable for maximizing delivery performance and optimizing stock levels by coordinating sourcing, warehousing and distribution Main achievements: - Maximum delivery performance with minimal stock level at year-end - Successful implementation of Material Management module (incl. MRP functionality) in new SAP R/3 system
Accountable for sustaining integrated management system (EFQM, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) Main achievement: - Implementation of continuous improvement processes in Customer Service reducing number of internal interfaces and increasing number of ‘1st time right service calls’
