The LPG business @ ~$500+mil comprises of Sales, Operations, Performance, Supply and seven Pacific Island businesses. Core responsibilities for this role included • Coordinating and consolidating budgets, forecasts and capex spend of LPG Pacific (8 entities) • Maintaining budgeting, forecasting and other reporting templates • Updating/Revamping Excel reporting templates in adaptation to systems change (Payroll, financial planning and data analysis tool) • Data-prepping and LPG BU labour cost computations used for analysis and reporting (approx. 90 cost centres) • Compiling LPG operational KPI's for monthly corporate newsletter and contributing to presentation slides to senior management • Assisting in capital expenditure reporting Highlights/achievements: Pioneer adopter in the transition of three reporting systems – Payroll, accounting and performance reporting
