Lead Project Manager on multiple projects at the Austin campus of the world’s leading battery/electric vehicle manufacturer. Worked diligently to develop owner and trade relations while working on a battery plant. Delivered a standalone test facility complete with outstanding reviews from end user. Delivered a 7-story parking structure 2 months ahead of schedule while maintaining an excellent owner relationship.
Managed $20M in Texas Department of Health renovations across multiple projects from Austin to Harlingen, Texas. Responsible for all financials and operations, to include oversight of superintendents in field, quality control, change management, and buyout.
