With over 15 years of experience in the automotive glazing industry, I have built a strong track record in enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality, and driving sustainable improvements in quality and production performance. Throughout my career, I have led multiple Six Sigma Black Belt projects across various locations, delivering measurable impact on non-quality cost reduction and strengthening both customer trust and business results. In 2022, I took on the role of European Region Quality & Environment Manager, overseeing glass packaging, glassware, and flat glass operations across Europe. This role expanded my scope into multi-segment glass operations and reinforced my focus on integrated quality and environmental excellence. As of June 2024, I have been serving as Turkey Region Quality and Environment Manager, responsible for quality leadership across glassware, flat glass, and glass packaging plants, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence. In 2026, I returned to the automotive glazing sector as Quality Director, bringing a broader cross-industry perspective and a continued commitment to building high-performing, customer-focused quality organizations.
