I am compelled by two complementary visions: 1) A vision to change the way we select students as part of university admissions screening processes. If you are an admissions dean, director or officer, you probably agree that applicants are more than just grades, standardized test scores and performance on situational judgement tests. The problem with these traditional admissions screening tools is that they appear to cause profound bias against certain applicants while selecting applicants who are not necessarily fit for their future roles. This in turn costs institutions and the communities they serve billions of dollars every year due to professional misconduct, burnout and turnover. I help universities and colleges select top performing applicants while promoting diversity and cutting costs using motivation-based admissions screening and our proprietary software, which I have made available to institutions around the globe absolutely free of charge. 2) Similarly, I have a vision to change how organizations hire team members. If you are an entrepreneur, your most important business asset is NOT cash, it's NOT investors, it's NOT marketing, and it's NOT intellectual property. It's having the RIGHT people with the RIGHT motivation for your mission. Period. It's your people that do the work not cash. Imagine having a company with all team members being as intrinsically motivated as the founders themselves.
