Automotive Quality Professional with 7+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Project Quality, and Manufacturing Quality. Experienced in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and customer quality management. Strong background in problem solving, customer complaint management, continuous improvement, and driving quality excellence in global automotive manufacturing.
Lead and coordinate production-related quality activities, including root cause analysis (QRQC), scrap tracking, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Manage and update Control Plans, FMEAs, and Final Inspection forms in coordination with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with customer requirements by preparing PPAP documentation and participating in customer audits. Monitor non-conformities, initiate deviation (derogation) processes when necessary, and oversee risk assessments. Conduct capability studies, layered audits, and measurement system analyses (MSA); manage calibration processes. Follow up on customer complaints using 8D methodology and ensure timely and proper closure via customer portals. Contribute to project quality from the development phase, ensuring required P-FMEA, MSA, SPC, and measurement plans are in place. Develop and deliver internal quality training programs for new hires and production staff. Support cost of quality (COQ) reduction by proposing process improvements and monitoring quality KPIs (PPM, TOP3, Pareto). Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 requirements, manage CSR updates, and continuously improve the quality system.
