• Conducting annual and quarterly forecasts and monthly close activities for two OPEX (Human Resources and Legal) divisions as well as annual and quarterly forecasts of various key personnel costs of every division. • Identifying and tracking the core cost drivers (personnel, vendors, general admin), potential risks and savings opportunities within functional budgets of the Human Resources and Legal divisions. Explaining the key variance drivers to our cross-functional partners. • Driving process improvements and efficiencies within FP&A practices, - compiling historical data and building headcount and vendor purchase order/expense trackers - training FP&A team members on various key personnel cost forecast methodologies with tailored support documents. - partnering with other Finance departments (Accounting, Procurement) regularly to support our Business Partners about their vendor relations, billing training, budgetary accuracy and timing.
• Collaborated with the senior advisory team in preparing and reviewing TTM financial data and consolidated financial statements including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements. • Constructed financial (Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Consolidation) models for large manufacturing and retail sector clients. • Crosschecked operational performance data by creating pivot tables to identify, analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of a multinational client with subsidiaries. • Prepared ad-hoc analysis using Excel modeling tools to assist the senior advisory team in assessing the potential market and credit risks of an international retail-sector client in a timely manner.
