Let’s connect to discuss how my proactive, solutions-oriented approach and commitment to continuous learning could help support your HR department.
I transitioned from cost accounting to administer HR records, personnel files, and communications for 550 local personnel at a US Air Force base. My efforts to facilitate the onboarding process from employment documentation and data entry to interdepartmental coordination resulted in process efficiencies and compliance.
Singlehandedly managing payroll processing for 520+ US government and KBR local employees, I ensured both accurate and compliant accounting by applying CLA regulations to operations and collaborating across functions to review payroll data. NOTE: In May 2021, KBR won the US Airbase contract away from Vectrus and I was retained with the agreement.
I supported project managers with administration and operations by providing data entry, report tracking, project scheduling, and documentation.
In this customer-facing role, I provided real-time information on flights, fares, and schedules, while making reservation, connection, and destination recommendations. On the administrative side, I maintained accurate records that enabled reliable reporting and accurate reconciliations.
