I have had the privilege of being a part of the Hoyer España (HOE) family since 2007, initially joining as a Dispatcher cum Customer Service Representative. Over the years, I have been fortunate to grow within the company and currently hold the role of Trucking Manager while simultaneously managing our largest customer account and also play an important role in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality). In this multifaceted role, I have had the opportunity to oversee various aspects of our operations, including dispatch, customer service, extra cost invoicing, and cost control. One of my proudest accomplishments during my tenure at HOE has been the creation of a comprehensive cost control database to streamline our processes. The success of this tool didn't go unnoticed, as it garnered the attention of my line manager at Hoyer Netherlands. Subsequently, I was entrusted with creating similar databases for our offices in France and Portugal. These experiences have not only expanded my skill set but also allowed me to collaborate across borders and cultures.
