Manage American personnel program for arriving and departing US Direct Hire employees and eligible family members for all agencies at post. This includes check-in/check-out procedures (ensuring all Embassy and Government procedures are carried out), interpreting regulations and keeping the employees informed of all matters affecting their assignments and transfers. Submit necessary documentation to the Embassy to request diplomatic accreditation and identification cards. Process personnel actions for Eligible Family Members and prepares TM messages as well as process appropriate forms for allowances, contacts, etc. Responsible for recruitment and hiring of EFMs and the overseas seasonal hiring program.
