Site supervision of a team of 11 technicians. Main responsabilities: - Work permits preparation - Attend to the site daily meetings - Issue risk assessments - Issue procedures - Perform surveys, issue technical proposal and define required manpower - Attend to the 6 weeks look ahead planning meetings - HSE - Follow up job progress on site Example of projects: submarine cables installation, transformer replacement, platform loop modernization (laying cables, installing cable trays and associated supports), UPS and battery chargers cabinets replacement…
The site had around 50 wells, 7 electrical substations spread all over the field, one separation plant (GOSP) and one electrical production plant with two DG of 8 MW each. Site supervision of a maintenance team (6 technicians) Maintaining the following equipment: - DCS and automation system. - VSDs used to run the ESP pumps on some wells - fire detection system (Cerberus) - All instruments on site - Management of the power distribution (main switchboards, emergency generators, SEPAM relays)… Main responsibilities: - Issuing Permits to work - Work load and organization follow up - 4 weeks look ahead planning - Spare parts (request, PR issuance, inspection upon parts arrival at the warehouse, checking reorder levels and quantity to be ordered - GMS)
- Commissioning Synchroconverters for electrical propulsion systems on board ships (cruise ships, chemical tankers, trailer ships…) - Commissioning main switchboards (SPEAM relays, wiring, relaying…) - Issuing markup drawings - Testing and modifying if required the maintenance procedures - Maintenance intervention on the synchroconverters and associated electrical synchronous motors (preventive and curative). - Delivering training to the crew engineers. Intervention performed worldwide: USA, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, West indies, Hawaii, Italy, Denmark, Tahiti... Three months spent in Korea as technical representative for ALSTOM power conversion (shipyards: Hyundai, Samsung, Daewoo).
