    Management and control in an assigned sales area (different areas all over Spain throughout the years), which includes: - Objectives achievement, as sales growth, inventory and productivity in the 4 to 7 stores assigned (depending on the company's need), assuring the KPI´s accomplishment. Reduction of internal costs and losses. Cash, stock and accounting control. - Team development: Selection, on-boarding, training, mentoring and motivation of the stores' staff with an average of 60 people under my supervision (up to 100+ in season time). Optimization and distribution of the sales force in the area, building good work teams and environment, which also includes off-boardings and its related issues. Career development of some employees, specially store managers. - Store openings, renovations, transfers and, sadly, some closures. - Commercial and marketing in-store implementations and supervision of the stores in order to mantain the company´s standards, commercial plans and focused on sales optimization and increasement. - Link to the headquarters, other departments and local administration. - Thoughout the years I have had some projects as inventory and systems manager. What made me fall in love with ALDI in the first interview, was the three company values, namely; reliability, honesty and simplicity, and what keeps me eleven years later through alt the effort and responsibility, are the teams I work for and the company's aim of making affordable good quality food for everyone, making a better and healthier society.

    After living in China I developed a new environmental awareness. I realized that there was a huge local production, but no local food providers in Valencia that delivered that quality food to the client's house. With three colleagues we started the company in order to sell the fruits of the surrounding lands, with a zero waste mentality, directly to the client's home. Sadly, the company didn`t work out, maybe it was too soon for the market to this online selling of vegetables. The market has had an enormous development since then, and nowadays I see how similar projects have very good reception.
