I’m a Spanish-qualified lawyer based in Munich with experience as in-house legal counsel, specializing in procurement within the technology and telecommunications sectors. I have worked on both the supplier and client side in market-leading organizations, advising a well-established multinational corporation and a fast-growing joint venture, respectively. Through my academic and professional journey I have lived in several countries, shaping a global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills. I am highly adaptable to diverse professional settings, and enjoy working in dynamic, international and multicultural environments.
UGG is a JV created by Allianz and Telefónica Group in 2020 aimed to provide access to full fiber infrastructure throughout Germany. As part of the Legal, Compliance and Regulation department, I provide legal support to the CTIO area.
International assignment supporting as sole legal point of contact the global procurement unit of the Telefónica Group and reporting directly to the CEO. Supported legal and contractual negotiations of commercial contracts related to the various lines of business, as well as intra-group agreements.
Legal support to the MNCs (Multinational Corporations) business unit of Telefónica Global Solutions, S.L.U., a key commercial area of the Telefónica Group with the mission to boost the growth of the international business and B2B solutions through its global capabilities.
Legal and corporate support to Telefónica Open Future and Wayra by drafting, vetting, and advising on, legal documentation related to investment, divestment and restructuring operations as well as to commercial matters.
Legal Intern at the Directorate General of United Nations and Human Rights in Madrid (Spain), participating in the coordination of Spain’s presence in different Human Rights bodies and mechanisms.
