Team management to organize container stuffing and goods warehousing, relationship with suppliers to provide necessary lashing and securing material, negotiating rates with shipping lines and transport companies, groupage as well as air shipments management through selected partners, direct contact with customers to provide full service according to their needs (shipments & logistic solutions).
Planning and executing private label cosmetics ranges completely made in outsourcing. Accurate selection and management of reliable partners/suppliers to exceed customers’ request and supply tailor-made products. Management includes: contracts definitions, scheduling of product development and deliveries, quality agreement, packaging development and assembling.
Working in the forwarding department taking care of import and export files, arranging Bl, dealing with Ports Authorities to handle Imo shipments, using ports websites to manage containers in&out operations, dealing with shipping lines to obtain fares, necessary docs and containers transport; invoice to customers.
Direct relationship with foreign customers to check orders readiness in cooperation with planning office; customers offer development with technical department and submission; issue of invoice and transport docs; translation of technical drawings.
