I help people overcome all types of addictions such as to nicotine, alcohol, drugs etc as well as addictive activities such as gambling and over-eating and in deal with fear-based issues such as anxiety, stress, phobias etc. I have also started campaigning for better understanding of added/refined sugar and I teach how to overcome sugar addiction. RECOGNITION & PARTNERSHIP: Winner of the Bexley Volunteer Service Council (BVSC) Award for Services to Health & Wellbeing 2017. Working alongside addiction recovery service Nexus, certified to work with the NHS, currently with Oxleas NHS. Working with MIND, incorporating my workshop in to their service delivery. I offer my time to a number of homeless charities delivering workshops. My book has sold thousands of copies and helped hundreds of people since publication Sept'16. August 2017 I was invited to present my programme to Dr Nora Volkhow, National Institute of Drug Abuse, Institutes of Health, Washington DC. Currently liaising with Dr Ethan Kross from Michegan University to look at the effectiveness of ‘Self-talk’ when applied to addiction. Working with Rend Platings, CEO of Sugarwise to launch a public debate on Sugar Addiction followed by research. FOR SERVICE USERS: I offer a FREE drop-in service workshop in Sidcup once a week (being rolled out to a central London location shortly). And a paid-for intensive programme, where I am able to work with a much smaller group. Large-scale workshops under the 'Get Your Life Back' banner. I also work with schools and youth organisations to deliver addiction awareness sessions and recovery groups. I work with large and small companies to deliver workshops on the management of anxiety and stress in the workplace (for increased productivity and effecting an improved work culture).
