TSHA - Total Source for Hearing-loss and Access is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. TSHA is the oldest and largest agency providing comprehensive services to the Deaf and hard of hearing communities throughout Oklahoma. The mission of TSHA is to increase the independence of people with hearing loss.
As a Business Development (OCAP) volunteer for the US Peace Corp I provided strategic direction to executive leadership of “Kazakskoe Obshestvo Gluxi” (KOG) to resolve complex educational, political, and organizational problems. Designed strategic governance model to formalize partnerships between western advocacy organizations, Central Asia focused international development organizations, and KOG. Provided consultative services to President “KOG” and President “OZPG” which included modeling international development projects, entrepreneurial business case development, cross-cultural leadership and power dynamics. Partnered with National Program Director to develop best practice toolkit designed to assess the organizational maturity of an NGO and build a strategic vision and tactical development plan based upon the analysis.
Responsible for providing operational and sales support to VP Sales Avamar regarding critical sales programs, partner channels, training, implementation services, and global Go-To-Market strategy. Ability to manage across disparate international geo-theatres in a global environment. Coordination of cross functional strategic analysis at the executive level and presentation of information in white paper, dashboard, and report form to executive team. Responsible for identifying broken systems, processes, and redundant workload; providing alternative solutions.
