I have been an entrepreneur for the last 25 years. I started my first company when I was 21. It grew from 0 to over 1000 employees within a few years. Later I started a group of 8 more companies. Since 2004 I have been using Scaling Up methodologies for growing my companies with freedom, fun, and success. In 2016 I became co-owner of ScaleUp Company and we have helped over 2500 companies in Europe to grow.
