The automotive aftermarket is changing faster than the systems and processes built to run it. Closing that gap is what my teams and I do every day. As Head of Process Excellence Aftermarket and Sales & Operations Planning at Webasto Group, I lead two global teams of 25 professionals that connect strategy with execution across the aftermarket business — with full end-to-end process ownership across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D and Customer Service. Process Excellence & Digitalization - I act as the central interface between business and IT. Consolidating cross-functional digitalization demand, aligning investment decisions, and steering implementation roadmaps. Together with my team, I drive the harmonization of our global SAP S/4HANA landscape and its integration with CRM, PIM, and Power BI - establishing global process standards and master data governance, underpinned by structured change management. Sales & Operations Planning - My team and I align demand and supply across the global aftermarket organization: robust planning governance, improved forecast accuracy, and a direct link between commercial objectives and operational capability. The result is data-driven decision-making, optimized inventory performance, and sustainable growth. What makes my perspective different - I came to transformation from the commercial side. Before leading Process Excellence and S&OP, I built Webasto's commercial vehicle battery service portfolio from zero to market launch, managed OEM key accounts in sales, and opened new business fields in business development. Having worked across these functions, I see processes the way the business experiences them - which is why I optimize them not for their own sake, but for what the business needs them to deliver.
