I’m leading McKinsey’s Technology and AI (QuantumBlack) practice in Germany & Austria, with 20+ years experience on client impact across sectors, with a focus on travel & logistics, high-tech, chemicals & energy, and industrial/manufacturing companies. Within McKinsey's Travel, Logistics, and Infrastructure sector I am globally co-leading our Technology and AI practice, supporting some of the largest Tech & AI transformations in the world as well as building new software businesses in the LogTech space. Within McKinsey Technology, I’m building McKinsey's global capabilities in the technology platforms area (including service lines around SAP, Workday, Salesforce and various industry platforms like TMS, WMS, etc.) which is one of our fastest growing practices with 100s of experts per platform and a track record of 2-3x annual growths over the last few years. Digital and AI is at the heart of the future of work and business, and I enjoy working with my clients to unlock value in their digital initiatives. Over the last 15 years I've helped companies transform their business models, modernize their technology and win in the digital era. Before joining McKinsey, I held finance, operations and IT roles in the private equity industry (McNally Capital in Chicago, IL) and at consumer goods companies (Amer Sports, Swarovski). Outside of work I enjoy time with my family (3 kids, 2 dogs), and various sports (e.g., skiing, climbing, golfing)
