I am a Marketing Manager and South Europe Regional CRM Admin (Microsoft Dynamics) at DSV Global Transport and Logistics, specializing in CRM governance, digital marketing, brand management, strategic marketing and commercial analytics within multinational environments. My focus is on transforming CRM platforms and marketing initiatives into strategic commercial drivers—strengthening pipeline quality, increasing brand visibility, and enabling measurable business growth. I graduated as the top student of my class in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Varna, where I developed a strong foundation in supply chain systems, operational efficiency, and analytical thinking. I began my career at Polar XP (Netlog Logistics Group), one of the leading local market leader in logistics, as a Business Development Specialist, building my commercial foundation in supply chain and business development. I later continued my career with global organizations including DSV and Ferrero. At Ferrero, I managed CRM systems and received advanced CRM and SAP/ERP training in Germany, gaining valuable customer-side perspective. After returning to DSV, I progressed through Account Management and Senior Sales Analyst roles, developing strong expertise in sales operations, CRM governance, and commercial analysis. Today, alongside my Marketing Manager role, I serve as South Europe Regional CRM Admin for Microsoft Dynamics, supporting CRM governance, ensuring data integrity, and delivering CRM-related guidance and training to commercial teams. My work sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, brand positioning, and systems—ensuring alignment between digital presence, commercial strategy, and operational execution. My core interests include CRM strategy, digital and strategic marketing, brand management, sales enablement, and transforming complex commercial data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable business growth. Outside of my professional work, photography remains a personal discipline. Logistics moves things through space; photography captures them in time. Both require precision, timing, and perspective.
