Track ROI, engagement, and audience feedback to measure results, assess opportunities for improvement, and optimize future events Partner closely with GTM leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment on event portfolio, event goals, and targeted outcomes: - Quotas and spiffs for sales and customer facing roles. - Define targeted accounts and create personalized programs for attendees Team lead working with Okta’s internal Business Technology, Marketing Operations, and Web teams to ensure all event attendees have a secure, unified, and seamless experience when registering and attending in-person and virtual events Successfully pivoted Oktane20 to a virtual event in just 4 weeks in March 2020 resulting in 20K+ registrants and 14K+ attendees (4X YoY growth) Grew Oktane21 registration by 12%, attendance by 4%, and VP title+ attendance by 10% YoY Responsible for $MM event budgets
