• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the Pakistan office, ensuring seamless coordination across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages for external hiring, with a strong focus on driving Diversity & Inclusion across all recruitment touchpoints. • Lead recruiter for McKinsey's Young Leaders Program – overseeing the full campus recruitment lifecycle including promotional campaigns, structured interviews, calibration sessions, cultivation, and final offer processes. • Successfully piloted and led McKinsey Pakistan’s first Summer Internship Program – developed recruitment structure, screening, assessment, and onboarding processes. • Partnering with consultants, leadership, and global recruiting teams to define candidate profiles, ensure interview readiness, and align on best practices to drive efficient, high-quality hiring across offices. • Proficient in utilizing Avature for HR processes, leveraging the platform for Talent Acquisition, talent pipeline development, and offer management workflows. • Maintaining and analyzing recruitment data to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes. • Supporting campus engagement and talent outreach efforts, including virtual and in-person events.

The event explored strategies, future expectations, and insights amid challenging economic circumstances.
