About

With over 24 years of experience in multilateralism with senior roles at the UN and the OECD, I am the Head of the OECD’s Inclusive Development & Partnerships Division at the OECD Development Centre, where I created and lead netFWD, the OECD’s global network of foundations. In 2026 I also became the new Head the 4P secretariat (pact for Prosperity People and the Planet), which is a new form of multilateralism to help developing countries focus on both climate and development finance objectives. My work bridges development finance, public policy, philanthropy, and corporate sustainability—advancing cross-sector partnerships that link gender equality, ESG, and climate action.Passionate about inclusive leadership, I’ve pioneered the Positive Masculinities Framework and re-positioned a major Gender & Sustainability Initiative (the SIGI), helping to track and address structural inequalities.🌍 Areas of expertise: Strategic partnerships | Philanthropy & ESG | Gender equality | Social norms | Development policy and social issues | Leadership & innovation
