My name is Bastien, I’m 19 years old and I’m studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at EPHEC. What really drives me is creating, analysing and understanding people, and leading meaningful projects that have a positive social or environmental impact. From a very early age, I developed a real passion for leadership. Together with a friend, I founded a new Scout unit and, since this year, I have been mentoring 24 young people (aged 12–17) for a three-year term. This experience is teaching me how to bring people together, recruit, manage responsibilities, solve problems and stay on course even under pressure. At EPHEC, I built on this experience through several marketing projects: • leading an SDG-related project for the company DVDE; • repositioning a product to boost sales at Dakine; • International Week in Ghent (top 3 out of 25 teams); • leading a year-long market research project for the launch of D‑Fool in Brussels (top 2 out of 8 teams). I enjoy working in a team, challenging my ideas, analysing data and turning intuition into concrete strategy. I am fluent in French, English and Dutch, and I am proficient in essential tools: Microsoft Suite, Modalisa, Canva, Ableton… I am currently looking to develop my career in environments where innovation, marketing and positive impact come together. Semaine internationale en anglais : - Apprentissage sur le brainstorming en équipe - L'objectif était en une semaine, découvrir son équipe, créer, analyser le marché - Travail en équipe internationale sur un projet d’innovation durable - Top 3 sur 25 équipes
Projet académique en groupe. Développement d'un produit sur base de l'identité marketing et productive d'une entreprise. Tout cela en analysant les besoins du monde (répondre à 3 ODD) et en analysant l'état du marché. Un projet enrichissant et concret qui permet de tester ses compétences à essayer un nouveau produit avec des conditions imposées très actuelles.
