A passionate leader with over 20 years' experience in the international retail sector, I have progressed from shop management to general management at DECATHLON, the world's leading sporting goods retailer. Thanks to a strategic vision, expertise in international development and a real passion for people and management, I led multicultural teams to achieve ambitious goals, including the successful development of Decathlon in several countries. My role as non-executive Chairman of Auchan Retail Portugal S.A. gives me the opportunity to put my skills in corporate governance to good use.
