Leading E.ON Drive’s e-mobility infrastructure activities in France, covering business development, project delivery, operations and P&L. - Grew the French activity from €0 to €4m, with 3 direct FTEs. - Delivered the French scope of a pan-European High Power Charging network for a major German automotive OEM, building a 40-site / 60 MW charging infrastructure pipeline. - Managed the full stakeholder ecosystem across customers, suppliers and internal European teams, from development to delivery and operations. - Structured the next development phase around B2B charging, fleet and depot charging, Charging-as-a-Service and energy integration.
Strategic advisory role supporting an e-mobility pricing and charging data platform on market positioning, pricing dynamics and CPO ecosystem topics.
Led the turnaround and restructuring of a charge point operator focused on charging solutions for residents of multiple-family buildings. -Scaled the organisation from 2 to 20 FTEs. -Rebuilt the operating model while managing legacy and technical debt. -Managed concession scope across 6,000+ buildings / 400,000 parking spaces and several thousand charge points. -Led fundraising preparation up to offer, term sheet and due diligence stage.
