At TMA I'm primarily responsible for the organization and licensing. I believe in serving leadership where I empower my employees and partners to work upon their talents. The goal is to engage people in their work and accelerate the performance of organizations. Together with my colleagues we develop and publish the TMA Method and instruments. We connect people and organizations and give a framework to implement competency and talent management. Key is that HR professionals and managers take responsibility and are empowered to select, develop and evaluate people in a talent-oriented way.
