Based in Jordan, Bastian Mueller CIM Expert placed by CIM/GIZ, worked as Technical Training Officer at the International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (ICARDA). He is responsible for developing and managing an E-Learning Platform and the Capacity Development Webpage, organizing, planning and reporting of Capacity Development activities as well as designing, conducting and evaluating surveys to gather information on the needs of our training partners. He is managing the ICARDA Capacity Development Alumni group to stay in contact with the former beneficiaries of ICARDA's CapDev activities. He is also involved in contributing to the development of the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning platform (MEL) developed at ICARDA, with focus on Capacity Development
