As an Antitrust & Competition lawyer, I advise on all aspects of European and German competition law as well as FDI. I support clients in complex antitrust investigations and administrative fine proceedings, and I handle merger control in M&A transactions before both the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. I also focus on distribution antitrust law, with a particular emphasis on the automotive sector. I use my industry knowledge to address legal complexities, including the assessment and design of distribution structures and cooperations in line with competition rules. My practice further covers abuse of dominance cases and advice on the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).

👉 Antitrust and Competition Law The Competition Law Department advises Siemens worldwide on all aspects of competition law. I support the team in various topics, such as - domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional merger control cases - implementation of market places, collaborations and digital business models in an antitrust compliant way - prevention of cartels, price fixing, allocation of markets or customers, bid rigging etc. - prevention of potentially anti-competitive practices in cooperations, distribution agreements or activities in trade associations
👉 Antitrust and Competition Law I worked in a Cartel Unit of DG Comp on various cartel cases. My tasks included drafting Statements of Objections, assessing evidence and rebutting claims of parties. Additionally I have been allocated to an horizontal working group dealing with policy issues, especially related to the ECN.
👉 Antitrust and Competition Law During my time at Noerr I worked on various topics and tasks in the area of Antitrust and Competition Law, for example - several National and EU Merger Filings to the German FCO (Bundeskartellamt) and the European Commission - cases in the area of abuse of a dominant market position - review and design of competition law compliant distribution agreements and franchise agreements - several other questions in horizontal and vertical contexts
