I work at the intersection of market strategy, communication, digital systems and AI, helping organizations turn complexity into business impact. My role is to connect what is often treated separately: market logic, customer journeys, sales structures, communication, technology and operational execution. Because in many organizations, the visible problem is rarely the real problem. The real challenge is not a single weak channel or tool, but the missing connection between positioning, communication, sales processes and digital infrastructure. That is where my work starts. My background combines enterprise software, fintech, product leadership, platform architecture and entrepreneurial execution. I started in financial software for banking and leasing markets across Europe, where regulatory logic, process complexity and reliability were non-negotiable. In 2014, I joined the founding team of leasinGo, Germany’s first real-time B2B leasing comparison platform, helping shape both the technical architecture and the valuation and matching logic behind the product. Later, as CPO and Partner at FinCompare, I led product through hyper-growth, due diligence processes, new business lines and corporate partner integrations. I also built and operated an analog brand business in the Harley-Davidson ecosystem, a useful reminder that even emotional, craft-driven ventures depend on strong systems, clear positioning and operational discipline. Today, as co-founder of TOW, I help organizations build the structures behind effective market presence: sharper positioning, better customer journeys, intelligent digital systems, AI-supported workflows and clearer paths from attention to measurable business value. My core belief: Technology only creates value when it is connected to strategy, communication, operations and the market it is meant to serve. I build and advise on systems that solve real problems, scale sustainably and create measurable impact.
