Ik ben niet begonnen als AI-trainer. Ik begon als artiestenmanager (ja echt). En toen rolde ik, sneller dan gepland, de AI-wereld in omdat iedereen om me heen riep: “Bastiaan, kun jij even laten zien hoe dit werkt?” Dat “even laten zien” werd mijn bedrijf: ZebrixAI. De naam staat voor het veilig oversteken naar de nieuwe wereld van AI, net als een zebrapad. Inmiddels heb ik 100+ professionals geholpen om AI echt te gebruiken. Geen hype. Geen buzzwords. Gewoon praktische workflows waarmee medewerkers gemiddeld 3 uur per week besparen. Ik doe dit allemaal naast mijn master Strategic Management. Waarom? Subsidie Buddy helpt overheidsinstanties om de uitvoeringskosten en enorme voorlichtingsdruk rondom complexe subsidieregelingen drastisch te verlagen. We plaatsen een slimme, veilige (BIO/AVG-proof) digitale assistent over bestaande regelingen die vragen direct beantwoordt, zonder huidige IT-systemen te raken.

As Chairman of STAR, I was ultimately responsible for the entire study association, overseeing our long-term strategy and shaping the 2024 policy. Additionally, I offered support to fellow board members and cultivate strong relationships with the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) and other stakeholders. In collaboration with RSM I also organized the inaugural EU Week: Panel Debate, featuring keynote speaker Jan Peter Balkenende. STAR is the study association of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). With more than 6,500 members, over 300 Active Members and around 450 events, STAR is Europe’s largest study association and above all the most active and professional study association in the Netherlands. Additionally, STAR boasts an annual turnover exceeding 1 million euros.
As an AI Trainer, I provide on-site training to businesses, freelancers, and professionals on the effective and strategic use of AI. My sessions focus on helping participants integrate AI tools like ChatGPT into their daily operations and get the most out of its capabilities. The training includes a combination of presentations and interactive elements, ensuring a practical and engaging learning experience. I offer both introductory workshops and advanced deep-dive trainings, tailored to different levels of AI proficiency.
