Isala Klinieken moved to a new facility in August 2013. It is the largest non-academic hospital in the Netherlands with almost 800 beds. I was initially hired to improve control over new facility management processes and to set up financial and operational reporting for the facility management department. Over the past two years my span of control expanded toward company wide matters and controlling BU`s providing Healthcare services. Main accomplishment is the improved control on resources by enhancing ownership and implementing control framework with dashboards.
